Step-by-step Payment Guidance

  1. Complete the Service Request Form
    1. Submit the required details to initiate your request.
  2. Check Status
    1. Click "Track Request Status" to monitor progress. SP will review your product within three working days to determine if it is eligible for repair, warranty, or replacement. Updates will be provided on the "Track Request Status" page.
  3. Make Payment
    1. Approximately 2–3 days after submission, revisit the "Track Request Status" page to proceed with payment.
    2. Note: The system will not send payment reminders via email or text. Be sure to check the "Track Request Status" page within three days of form submission.
  4. Next Steps
    1. Once payment is received, SP will immediately begin processing your service request. For detailed steps, refer to the service page
